UI Designer (Part-time, Latin America)
Location: Remote(Preferably based in Latin America)

Reporting to: Design Lead / Product Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a talented part-time UI Designer based in Latin America to join our team. This role will focus on webpage design, setting overall color schemes, and enhancing the visual experience of our digital products. You will work closely with the product and development teams to create engaging, user-friendly, and aesthetically pleasing interfaces that align with our brand and user needs.
Responsibilities
1.Web Design: Create and optimize web pages with a clean and modern aesthetic, ensuring a seamless user experience.
2.Color Scheme & Visual Identity: Define and implement the overall color palette, typography, and style to maintain a consistent brand identity.
3.User Interface Design: Develop high-quality UI components, icons, and layouts to improve usability and visual appeal.
4.Collaboration: Work with product managers, developers, and other designers to translate business needs into functional and attractive designs.
5.Prototyping & Iteration: Design interactive wireframes and prototypes, gather feedback, and refine designs based on user and stakeholder input.
6.Responsive & Mobile Design: Ensure designs are fully optimized for various screen sizes and devices.
Responsibilities
1.Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, web design, or related fields.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web design projects with a focus on layout, color theory, and branding.
2.Skills:
- Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color psychology.
- Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first design concepts.
- Ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
3.Language Proficiency :
- Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese.
- English proficiency for team communication.
4.Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on fintech, payment platforms, or e-commerce projects.
- Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Latin American design trends and cultural aesthetics.
