The monetary unit is the Pakistani rupee (PKR), and more than 70% of offline transactions in 2023 will rely on cash, especially in rural areas and small and medium-sized cities.
Online - Credit card/digital wallet:
Bank transfer was the most common online payment method, accounting for about 40%, followed by mobile wallets, accounting for about 30%.
